Access & Security

How do I access the studio?
The studio door will only unlock if you have a confirmed booking. Simply hold your phone near the Bluetooth scanner to enter.

Do I need my phone to enter?
Yes — your phone acts as your digital key for the Bluetooth scanner.

Are there security cameras?
Yes — for your safety, security cameras operate in the entry foyer at all times. There are no cameras inside the studio rooms, ensuring your privacy while you train.

Bookings & Rooms

How do I make a booking?
Book online by selecting your room, reformer, and session time.

Can I book multiple sessions in advance?
Yes — you can book as far ahead as you like, provided your sessions align with your membership or pricing plan.

Are there different studio rooms?
Yes — there are two rooms:

  • One room has 3 reformers

  • One room has 6 reformers

  • The room is clearly shown when you make your booking, so you’ll know exactly where your session is.

How do I know which reformer to use?
Each reformer has a number displayed on its frame. Please use the reformer that matches your booking number.

Studio Hours & Sessions

What hours is the studio open?
The studio is available 24/7 — train anytime that suits you, whether it’s 4am or 10pm.

How long are the sessions?
Sessions start on the hour and run for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Classes

What kind of classes are available?
Each reformer has its own kiosk pod preloaded with 400+ classes, organised into sections for easy selection.

Are there classes for pregnancy or postpartum?
Yes — we offer guided classes designed for pregnancy and postpartum. Please ensure your midwife has cleared you before starting.

Are there classes suitable if I have an injury?
Yes — our classes are designed by some of New Zealand’s top physios and include injury-friendly options.

Headphones & Audio

Do I need to bring my own headphones?
Wireless Bluetooth headphones are provided with each reformer, but you’re welcome to bring your own.

Can I do a class with friends or a group?
Yes — you can connect one kiosk to the wireless speaker and sync your class with friends by pressing play at the same time.

Etiquette & Safety

Do I need to wear shoes?
No — shoes are not permitted on the reformers.

Are grip socks required and can I buy them onsite?
Grip socks are recommended for safety and stability. You can purchase them online and pick up from our studio.

Do I need to clean my reformer after use?
Yes - please spray and wipe down your reformer with the provided cloths to keep the equipment fresh for the next person.

Can I bring my children with me?
For safety and a peaceful environment, children are not permitted. However, babies in capsules are welcome.

Membership & Pricing

What membership options are available?
We offer different membership levels to suit your training needs. Check our Memberships page for the latest pricing and options.

What’s included in my unlimited membership?
Unlimited access to the studio during your allocated booking times, access to 400+ classes, and 24/7 entry.

Can I change or upgrade my plan?
Yes — you can upgrade or adjust your membership at any time. Contact us and we’ll help you switch.

Do you offer casual passes or trials?
Yes — we offer casual passes and intro options for new members.

Cancellations & No-Shows

What is the cancellation policy?
Please cancel your booking at least 12 hours before your session to avoid losing the credit.

Can I reschedule a session?
Yes - simply log in to your account, cancel your current booking, and select a new time.

What happens if I don’t show up?
No-shows count as a used session. Please cancel ahead if you can’t make it.

Equipment & Facilities

What should I bring to my session?
Bring your phone (for entry), a water bottle, and grip socks. We provide the reformers, kiosks, headphones, and cleaning supplies.

Is there storage for personal belongings?
Yes — small storage areas are available for bags, shoes, and personal items during your session.

Are bathrooms or changing areas available?
Yes, change facilities/bathrooms are onsite.

Tech & Support

What if my phone doesn’t open the door?
Make sure Bluetooth is switched on and you’re logged into your account. If issues continue, contact our support team.

What should I do if the kiosk isn’t working?
Restart the kiosk pod and reconnect the headphones. If the issue persists, let us know so we can assist.

Community & Conduct

Can I bring a friend to try a session?
Yes — casual passes or guest passes are available. Please book them in advance.

How do you keep the studio safe and welcoming?
We ask all members to respect the space, clean their equipment, and keep noise levels low. Our rules are designed to keep everyone safe, supported, and comfortable.
